Eagle Scout Boards & Advancements Next Eagle Board of Reviews:   February 18 March 24 April  28 May 19 June 30 July 28 August 25 September 29 October 27 November 17 December 15   To be convened only in the case of an extenuating circumstance that would supersede scheduling a January 2013 BOR.     BORs  to be held at the LDS Church at 3930 Mink Livsey Rd., Snellville, Ga.  30039 NEW Sweetwater Project Approval   The new Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook will be required for any projects that have a signature from the benefiting organization (beneficiary) dated on or after November 1, 2011.  Projects that were signed before November 1, 2011 can continue to use the old workbook for project approval.  Any project being approved after on or after January 1, 2012 must use the new workbook regardless of when the benefiting organization (beneficiary) signs the approval.  Of course, any project that has already been approved thru the Sweetwater District Approval Process can continue to use that workbook through to project completion.  Eagle Scout Project Workbook *This is the only Eagle Scout Workbook accepted!
