The Chattahoochee District proudly serves the youth of Barrow, Hall and Jackson counties.
We are supported by two District Executives:
Brian Bailey, District Executive for Hall County
Josh Bowles, District Executive for Barrow and Jackson Counties.
The Chattahoochee District is located in the heart of the Northeast Georgia Council. We currently serve more than 110 units (Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops, Venture Crews, Explorer Posts and in school Learning for Life programs). Through these units we provide programs to more than 3,000 young people involving more than 700 adult volunteers.
We now have a Facebook page! Please check it out, like it, and friend us! There are a lot of us out there and a lot of ways we can share information with one another. Stay tuned to the page for updates on activities and interesting stories about the goings on in our district! Thanks for all you do!
The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
